1. Use of Our Website

Our products are personal care items intended for external use only. Please review the ingredient list before use. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend a patch test before regular use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We make every effort to display product colors, packaging, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device's display will be exact. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product formulations and packaging at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed; if we do, we'll notify you and give you the option to cancel. Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our payment processor. If we cancel your order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Orders ship the same or next business day (excluding Sundays and holidays) via USPS Ground Advantage, with estimated delivery of 3–5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We stand by our products. If something isn't right, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To start, email orders@hurriyahco.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. If we ask you to mail items back, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and may be modified or ended at any time. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Hurriyah name, logo, product names, images, text, and design — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. User Content and Reviews
