At Hurriyah, we're dedicated to making shipping and returns as smooth as possible.
Shipping
Once you place your order, we'll give you an estimated delivery window before checkout. As soon as we ship, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your order's journey.
Returns & Refunds
We stand by our products. If something isn't right, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start, message us on our Contact Us page or email us directly at orders@hurriyahco.com and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A photo of the issue, if applicable
We'll review your request and work on processing your refund. In some cases we may ask you to mail the sticks back — if so, we'll provide a prepaid return label, so shipping it back is on us.
