Thanks for shopping with Hurriyah. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Free Shipping on All Orders

Every order ships free — no minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout.

Processing Time

We ship orders the same or next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or US federal holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.

Delivery Time

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated delivery of 3–5 business days. Many orders arrive sooner — often within 2 days depending on your location. You'll see an estimated delivery window before checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Occasionally carriers experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then reach out to us at orders@hurriyahco.com.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us at orders@hurriyahco.com right away — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always try to help make it right.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at orders@hurriyahco.com with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We'll work with you to resolve it quickly — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
